Confidentiality policy
When you work with us you can trust in the confidentiality of your information and results. Our customer relations are based on the utmost confidence and ethical behaviour concerning the exchange of information. Our policy is that as our customer, you always own the results and information produced. We sign non-disclosure agreements for all strategically sensitive projects.
Delivery policy
Delivery times and project deadlines are of highest priority in our customer relations and determine what we do.
For chemical and physical analyses, normal delivery times are within 15 business days from the date the samples arrive to the laboratory.
For projects within All the way (Hela vägen®), delivery time is agreed on case to case basis.
For issues of highest priority - such as complaints or acute mill problems - delivery times are much shorter and decided in consultation with the customer.
Neutrality policy
MoRe Research is independent and neutral on the market. This is a vital cornerstone for the company and makes possible active participation in such cases as complaints, guarantee follow-ups and supplier evaluations.
