Sylvia Larsson - new research coordinator
Sylvia Larsson is research coordinator at MoRe in Örnsköldsvik and coaches the research team with senior and junior researchers and works to continuously develop advanced and industry-relevant research in bio-based materials, pulp, paper and packaging.
Sylvia holds a professorship in technical biomaterial science at SLU (Swedish University of Agriculture) and has 20 years of research experience in bio-based industrial raw materials and the production of functional forest-based material components. Her academic activities have largely been conducted on a pilot scale and in collaboration with RISE. Scaling up bio-based processes is close to her heart.
